Bedrooms

13 bedrooms. Each with a double and single bed in them. A kids playroom has a single mattress.

Total 27 beds.

Bathrooms

Three bathrooms.
Two separate shower rooms.
Two separate powder rooms.

Minimum stay

2 Nights, except Tuesday and Wednesday.

$500 cleaning charge for single night stays.

Inclusions

Laundry facilities.

We supply bedding, sheets, pillowcases and towels. Beds will be made up for you prior to arrival.

Child's high chair, Iron and board, Dishes and utensils, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Oven, Pantry items, Refrigerator, BBQ, Stereo, TV, DVD player & DVDs, Books, Games, Table tennis table, Pool table, Dartboard, Firewood and 8 Bikes with helmets.

Pets are allowed under house rules being the below

It is requested pets sleep outside on the enclosed and covered verandah on dog beds in summer (we have 2 large ones) or inside if too cold in only the rear four rooms which all have timber floors. (On the dog beds mentioned)-if you need more you must bring them)

No pets on any furniture or carpeted areas at any time

Please do a thorough inspection for dog and cat poo in the grounds before you leave.

Heating/Cooling

There are two fireplaces located in the TV lounge (firebox) and the main lounge (open fireplace) for use during the cooler months (hardwood provided). In addition to this we have 7 Electric heaters that can be used throughout.

Each bedroom is fitted with a wall mounted electric heater and the bathrooms each have a ceiling heater.

We have a lovely external firepit with wood supplied (Not available during fire season).

Please turn off all heaters and appliances when you leave.
