Heating

There is Hydronic heating for the living, bar and dining areas set at 24 degrees and an electric heater thermostat controlled in each of the bedrooms. The bathrooms each have a ceiling heater.

There are also two open fireplaces in the lounge areas and one external firepit with free wood supplied.

Internet & TV

Highball House is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. But if you really must connect to the outside world, free WIFI is available.

We have two televisions for movies with DVD players and a supply of DVD's.

Minimum stay

Two night minimum stay except for NSW Public Holidays as listed below when there is a three night stay minimum. These are: New Years, Easter, The Queens Birthday, Labour Day and Christmas.

We can supply bedding and towels. Sheets, pillowcases and towels are $66 per double bed, $55 per single. Beds will be made up for you prior to arrival.
